1. Water is leaking from the waste pipe below the bath in the sub-floor area. 2. Water also appears to be leaking from the bathroom fittings and from where the waste pipe is connected to the underside of the bath. 3. The bath taps are loose and show excessive movement when pressure is applied and appear to be reliant on sealant where the taps finish into the wall tiles for securing the taps in place. The taps need to be adequately secured to the wall framing.
