Kitchen sink plumbing

I am in the process of installing a new kitchen. I have removed the old cabinets except the benchtop including the old sink. I just need a plumber to close off the water connect in and remove old sink to allow me to remove benchtop and install new cabinets and new benchtop. When done I will require another visit at a later date to reconnect pipes and sink etc and check for any leaks. Approximately one hour job for this first visit.
