Leaking outdoor tap

1. The outdoor tap is leaking. 2. A second outdoor tap became hard to access when the deck was built. I'd like a quote for connecting a pipe to this second outdoor tap to extend it to the edge of the deck. Timing: I'd like the leaking tap fixed within a week. Extending the outdoor tap is not urgent, so anytime in the next 4-6 weeks.
