"The job was done well, Pranil was very professional with me and his work, he all the right tools and support staff to ensure the job was done according to standard. Communication was good however the scheduling was disappointing as Pranil booked the job for 9.30am but arrived around 11.30am, after calling him twice for his whereabouts, this hindered our plans for the evening as the job was completed around 3pm and didn't get hot enough water until 6pm for shower etc. Overall Pranil was good."
