Portable Cabin

I am getting a portable cabin (3×9)delivered on 16th June and need to be connected to sewage, water and waste water if this is at all possible. I have these amenities at my gate. I have been to the council to get advice on the legality around this, but have had appsolutely no help, so not sure where I stand. I do have water tanks and chemical if that's the route I have to go down.
