Water Pipe Locator Required

We live down a private easement with 6 properties. We want to know the exact location the water pipe exits our property as we plan to do some earthworks. We know where it starts, where the meter is etc. Then it goes under the place we would like to put a tiny home. The council map is a good start, but it's not conclusive. I need someone to locate the pipe (using commercial equipment) and mark it out on the floor for us to our property boundary, so we can work around it. From the meter X on the council map to the property boundary it's approx 25m.
