The house is 2-storey. The ceiling above the bottom floor bathroom had an accumulation of water, suspect a leak. The leak is under the top floor bathroom. The house was built in the 1960s, and its exterior is brick. Also need to fix the floor of this bathroom, which is leaking water into the adjoining room. We also need to fix one of the toilets (has total of 3 bathrooms in the house). So a total of 3 jobs, but the worst is the ceiling job. We just need a plumber to assess the damages and give us quotes please.
