Wetback Cylinder Swap Out, Flashing install

We need to refurb our yunka and want to swap our old hot water cylinder which is attached to the wetback, for a new er one, which we already have. We would like a plumber to come an cap?? The cylinder so we can get the fire fixed. When the fires ready to be put back we would then like you to replace the old with the new cylinder and also attach some flashing to our roof. Will discuss more detail upon meeting.
