Very wet section...French drain

A bit of an emergency job at 73 liffey street bluff, as I started it but couldn't finish due to time constraints. A very wet section the ground is soft Sandy fill fairly clean with the odd brick tile or small rock here and there. Section has a gentle sufficient combination slope towards be the road, there are no trees just grass. The access is good. There are 2 down spout exits on the back of the house which need to be connected and lead away from the house. A double barrel French drain a 3rd pipe on top for the down spouts burito wrapped all going to, or near to the street on the low side of the property sounds good?
