Install new cold pipes at house in Kennington

Looking for a plumber to run new cold pipes from tank water to shower, sinks, laundry. Replacing old pipes as water is coming out yellow from cold pipes but have installed a new tank and a filter on pump so suspect the pipes are stuffed. House is in Kennington. Looking for someone that won’t charge an arm and a leg and who is available ASAP. Cheers
