We have a blocked toilet drain. Blockage appears to be approximately 2-3 metres past the sewage cap up the driveway towards the street. Tonight we've used the plunger, auger and finally a snake attached to a water blaster. The toilet is still blocked and we'll need to apologise to our neighbours for our activities at 10pm hosing down the driveway with hot soapy water and the broom... Hubby felt the blockage shift but I don't think our lil water blaster is strong enough for this job. Our local plumber is 'closed' until Monday according to his website. I feel bad about ringing him on a Saturday morning. Not sure who'll see this and can respond. I'm working til lunchtime Saturday; if no reply here by then I'll try our local. We don't know how much a plumber costs so let us know honestly if our approximate budget is unreasonable. Thank you!
