Kitchen and Laundry Reno - Plumbing adjustments
Job description
We are renovating our kitchen and laundry and need someone for a bit of plumbing work. This work will be happening around November (TBC) and will require a few visits amongst the kitchen install. The scope includes: KITCHEN: - New kitchen sink - same location new sink is to be undermounted. - Existing wall mounted tapware to be removed and wall patched. - New kitchen mixer mounted on bench. Adjusting the hot/cold feeds in the wall. - New dishwasher located directly next to sink cabinet, supply and drain pipework to be connected. LAUNDRY: - Remove existing laundry tub. - Existing wall mounted tapware to be removed and wall patched. - New laundry sink is undermounted in new benchtop. Approximately 600mm from existing location. - New laundry mixer mounted on bench. Adjust the hot/cold feeds in the wall from the existing location. - Re-connecting washing machine drain. - Connect new heat pump dryer drain. Washing machine and dryer are stacked next to new sink location.

We were pleased to have the friendly team helping out on our renovations. There were a couple of minor things such as the hot and cold water being muddled in the laundry. But they redeemed themselves by jumping to action to help with a unrelated driveway leek - including a weekend visit to finish a task before the rain. A couple of extra costs were reasoned in the invoice, but would have preferred to have known in advance, e.g. unblocking the kitchen waste pipe. Would happily book again!
