Bath Install #2

I have a new bath to be installed in my downstairs laundry. There is hot/cold water at location The problem is going to be the bath waste, which is below the sewer level. I do have an existing Sani-pump installed for the shower and basin (in same room), but this is on the other side of the room. The waste will need to be routed around the room to get to this pump. And, the bath would need to be raised to allow fall for this and possibly waste outlet clearance !? (A builder may be needed for this). As mentioned, we have the Bath, Waste, Taps and Faucet. Just need some enterprising plumber (with building knowledge....maybe) to install them Pic 1: where the bench is, is where the bath needs to go. The bench will be removed and the electrics associated with it made safe. Pic 2: and Pic 3: Show you the layout of the room. The floor is concrete slab. Pic 3: where the stool is (by the vanity), is where the Sani-pump is (through that gib wall) - easily accessible from the other side of this wall I am assuming the waste will need to be run around the raised section of floor and out through the wall by the shower (stool). Would really like a site visit for clarification and pricing
