Replace failed soak pit and reconnect stormwater
Job description
See photo - down pipe shown overflows in heavy rain. Have had the drain checked and diagnosis is a failed soak pit which is located under the concrete slab just beyond the yellow potted plant in the background. Job is to create a new soak pit and reconnect the storm water pipe. Optional additional work is drainage near the garden shed in the background which ponds in heavy rain, either connected to the same pit or another one. Definitely the stormwater overflow needs doing, the garden shed one will depend on price.

A fast and professional job to dig and install a new stormwater sump, connect to an existing stormwater down pipe and install a new sump drain. Fast quoting and response and an excellent job despite difficult site access. I highly recommend Ultimate Drainage and would definitely use them again.
