Plumbing maintenance required for my first home that is being purchased and I would like to get repaired: Bathroom: The mixer is loose and needs to be tightened and fixed into position to prevent water accessing behind the shower linings. Foundations/subfloor (easily accessed): evidence of leaking plumbing and wastes.
