Laundry tap conversion

Hi, I've got a new washer that's supposed to take in only cold water but as can be seen in the photos, I can't connect the washer to the cold tap. Hence I'm looking for a plumber to help me put in the laundry tap for cold water similar to the one I have for hot water. I haven't been able to do any washing at home since moving in so the sooner this can be fixed the better. Cheers!
