We have a problem with air in our pipes. It affects both hot and cold water (hot water is on mains pressure) and affects all outlets. Council say they have tested fire hydrant and there is no problem there

Though I have complained to the council many times the plumber confirmed that the issue was not with my pipes but the council supply. He also approached the council on my behalf.
