Replace in-line circulation pump in solar hot water circuit

Our 10 year old Solar/wet-back HWC system isn't working too well. I'm pretty sure the circulation pump for the solar circuit has failed. The controller shows the pump switched on, the pump gets very hot (when it's trying to run), but the roof temp sensor is well well above the tank temperature, which doesn't warm up at all unless we boost it. The pump is a Wilo RS 15/6 RG (brass body). Experience with such systems is essential. The controller is a "SR618C6" (Chinese brand unknown). The wetback circuit is passive.
