Install new Asko dishwasher - and remove & dispose of old one

We are due to take delivery of a new dishwasher this week, I predict Wednesday 26th Feb, but this will need to be confirmed as soon as possible with courier company). We will need it installed any day following this delivery date. We would also like the old one removed and taken away.
