Upgrade to mains pressure and install integrated heat pump HWC outside.
Job description
Unfortunately our old hot water cylinder has started leaking from the bottom and I have since turned it off and drained it. I would like a new hot water system installed, but I am keen to upgrade to a heat pump hot water cylinder and obviously at the same time upgrade to mains pressure hot water. Our current HWC looks to be the original cylinder which is on a low pressure, open vented, header tank system with original copper plumbing. I'd like to install a specific integrated heat pump hot water cylinder system outside. The model I'm interested in is the "Bosch Compress 3000 Hot Water Heat Pump". --- I have included a photo of our old cylinder as well as a photo of the location I was thinking of installing the new heat pump cylinder. I was thinking of installing it between the right most vent in the photo and the one to the left of it. It may require some concrete to be laid. Would like any copper that is removed to stay on site.

Great guy, was extremely prompt (on schedule), trustworthy and did a good job even though the weather was not on his side at the time. He sorted out a sparky for connecting up the unit in it's new position and then made sure the unit was commissioned properly before use according to manufacturer specs. Units working really well and we're loving the mains pressure hot water. (Photo was during installation, need to get another when things are not dark or raining)
