Plumbing for bathroom/ensuite renovation

I am renovating a bedroom and existing bathroom in to an ensuite and a single detached toilet. Attached are the floor/plumbing/drainage plans from the architect, which have been approved by the Hutt City Council. Once the work is completed, I'll also require the relevant sign-off/documentation that can be used to obtain CCC with the council (or as part of the building inspections). Ideally I'd like to arrange a site visit with yourself and my LBP so that you can (as best as possible) scope the work as some of the walls and framing will depend on how the plumbing is routed. Other info: * House and plumbing is 1960's era (hot/cold is all copper, drainage seems to newer type PVC) * The main drain for the house is conveniently located under the existing shower, for easy access (see pictures) * The new toilet and basin drainage will require punching hole through a small concrete wall under the floor space.
