We are looking for someone to help us with a few tasks: * The toilet is leaking when partially flushed. * The vanity tap is loose and rotes with the tap is turned. * The old waste disposal unit was removed. A new one needs to be installed. We have bought an Insinkerator Model 66. This may require checking the electrical outlet, but an old waste disposal used to be installed in that location.
