Water leaking from ceiling in hot water cyclinder cupboard and also check 2 taps

Assess and fix water leak that has just started in hallway ceiling and I have checked hot water cupboard and water is leaking in there from ceiling and down wall which is near hallway. Also check 2 taps - one in bathroom needs washer and kitchen tap needs looking at.
