Water pipe damage

Willing to pay additional emergency costs to be prioritised ASAP. Internal water pipe has bursted/leaking out. Need to replace pipe that is damaged. Water escaping from this pipe is now coming through behind the sink cabinetry in bathroom moving up past the ceiling causing ceiling leaks.
