Slow Leak Near Toilet

Hello. There is a very slow leak that appears to be in the wall next to the toilet. This is verified by going under the house, and also using a penetrating moisture meter in the wall. It is a 1970s house. The gib next to the toilet will obviously need to be cut open to sort. I am happy to put the gib back in myself when the job is done.
