Job description
See above. The water supply tobie inside our property is old and can't be turned off properly. The kitchen sink main tap has a 'split' on the underside and leaks. This needs replacing. The shower mixer is set too far towards the 'cold' side and it's difficult to get the temperature right for a decent shower. It's always been like this.
