The Council have checked it out and reckon the issue is not on their side so I need to get it repaired. There is no drop in water pressure inside the house. This has been faulty for about 2 weeks now and although the water isn't gushing out, it's still sufficient to warrant attention asap. When the toby is turned off the leak stops.
