We have 3 leaks under our house from when we got gas hot water put it a couple of years ago. Hubby has been under the house to have a look and there are 2 fittings joining pvc pipe to metal that are leaking and one right angle fitting rubbed on wood leaking, but it's crimped on so needs to be cut out and replaced.
