Repair kitchen tap, check insinkerator and repair toilet

The mixer on the kitchen tap is loose (not the tap, just the mixer). The insinkerator is working but making an unusual noise sometimes. The toilet is working but we only use full flush as the half flush results in continuous water flow. We would also like you to look at the shower hoses and determine whether these can be easily repaired or whether suitable replacements can be installed. Both shower hoses are in working order but leak where they exit the wall. Water-saving options are of interest. Thanks! We look forward to hearing from you.
