Hot tap in kitchen wont turn off properly, was cleaned out and new washer 3 months ago now wont turn off properly so would like full new tap, dont want another fix it job want a new tap, and also need new loo as wont stop running unless banged on 10 times, and the tap there also leaking, dont want this fixed again for another 3 months want to replace
