Blocked Drains

I have a couple of drainage problems at my house which is located on a small lifestyle block about 2km from Hastings Racecourse. Problem 1: We are on septic tanks so I basically have no idea what this means in terms of where the water from our roof drain pipes goes. Some of these drainpipes have started to overflow when we get heavy rain. Problem 2: The pool shed we have for our pool is built about metre under the normal ground level and I have noticed where it rains that water is coming into the pool shed through a small hole about a 80cm under ground level and flooding our pool shed. Can you please advise whether you may be able to come out, inspect and provide an estimate of the cost of repair?. Can you also advice whether you have a call out inspection/estimate fee?
