Outside Tap

We have an outside tap at the rear of our house which I would like the pressure increased. Since having a water filter system installed my irrigation system no longer works as the pressure is too low. I expect a new line from the Tobi to the tap needs to be installed which bypasses the low pressure house system and the water filter.
