Plumbing job for new bathroom and toilet

I am looking for a plumber to install my new bathroom, toilet and vanity. the existing connection is approximately 7 meters away from the new bathroom. So far I can understand there is some concrete cutting work involved to complete the job. Please note that the floor of the new bathroom is also an existing concrete floor.
