Hissing cistern & dripping gutter joins

Looking for a plumber that can sort these little jobs this Wednesday: 1. The en suite cistern is hissing between flushes. 2. There are a couple of joins in the gutters that have occasional dripping. The gutters are in good condition, it’s just dripping at thre joins where the gutters go around corners.
