Plumbing for Bathroom Reno

We are knocking out the wall between a toilet and bathroom and re-configuring with all new fixtures (supplied). Everything is moving and we also need an external pipe (sewage vent I think) moved. See attached sketch and plans for the current and new bathroom layouts. We are will have builder confirmed soon and are seeking plumbing quotes for a professional to work with them. We are hoping to have this finished by mid-May.
