Bathroom vent Waste Pipes Gully traps Bath Shower Vent pipe is only fixed at the roof line. The pipe swings free within the roofspace. This will eventually cause the flashings or sealant around the pipe to fail and leaking to occur. Recommend the pipe be secured within the roofspace to prevent movement. One waste pipe was noted as leaking. The concrete bunds on the driveway are not fixed and are broken. These prevent surface water and debris from entering the waste water system. Recommend these be repaired The linings around the bath require attention. The linings are not sealed correctly and water is running out behind the bath and onto the floor underneath. Recommend this area be checked and sealed correctly to prevent water exiting the bath area. Shower rose requires tightening as it does not hold its own weight in position.
