Burst hot water pipe in ceiling

One of the hot water pipes in the ceiling burst last night and flooded the ceiling. The job is to either replace or seal the pipe in the ceiling. No re-gibbing required in the ceiling as house is due to be demolished in a few months. Tenants have turned off the hot water cylinder pipe, and cut a hole in the ceiling to release the hot water accumulated. Photo of the hold attached.
