Gutters and Watertank Connection.

We have recently purchased a property in Barrytown with a 3,000 litre water tank beside a 3m x 3m hut. However it has not been connected. We would like gutters on the 2 sides with appropriate filtering to use as drinking water, and a tap connected to the tank, but raised to a usable height. Perhaps attached to wall of hut Will also want to put in a fence, and farm gate across the drive sometime soon if someone is skilled at both
