Toilet drain blockage

ASAP. We have a toilet that overflows when flushed and we are not sure if it is a blocked pipe or an issue with the old (1960s) septic tank/system. We understand that this may be a high cost job. We had a similar problem this time last year and had a few different people in to try to fix, but still have issues. We need someone who can determine the actual problem and fix so we can use the toilet again. With a quote for long term remedy. Also willing to accept payment plan.
