Capping existing fixtures and fitting new items after tiling is completed

We are doing a renovation of a bathroom, single toilet and ensuite. I’m looking for a quote to cap 2x toilets, 2x vanities, 2x showers, 1x bath then coming back to fit the new items after the tiling is done. As we will need one of the bathrooms still working while the other gets done, it may mean a few trips to cap the second one once the first is done, fit the fixtures then come back and fit the items in the second area. Looking for a quote for the complete job, even if this is individualised per section.
