Job description

Hot Water Cylinder Plumbing & Installation
Far North

We are wanting to renovate the kitchen and move the current low pressure system which we aren't overly impressed with anyway. My thoughts are we could get a mains pressure tank and install it under the house (picture 4), or install a gas bottle powered califont on the upper portion of picture 3. I'm told that gas is much cheaper ongoing do I don't see why I wouldn't go that way - open to opinions and advice though - not against going with mains tank, just want to optimise the utility bills if possible. I believe all necessary pipework is a easily accessible from under house (at least I've traced the pipes from where the current cylinder is and they are straight under the house) I figure the gas system could go in the concrete space by the ramp, see pictures, which ive provided photos for (the wall to the left of the shoe rack is the other side of the place I'm thinking it would go, and then photos of under the house of the other side of the wall / under the porch) With the removal of the low pressure cylinder id also like the overflow pipe removing from the roof. Open to suggestions / telling me I'm full of rubbish and I should go with system x y and put it in space z Cheers
