Partially blocked toilet

Storm water seems partially blocked. Overflowing during showering and backs up when toilet is flushed. Toilet also wells up and is very slow to drain but does not overflow. Can hear bubbling up when someone is showering. Looking for someone to check and clear drains from ASAP Also wondering what the possible cost could be.
