Drainage issue- could be roof or blocked drains or both

We have some rotten floor boards and some blocked drains, plus a potential roof leak I would ideally like someone to come out and -Unblock the drains - check for drains and water leaks under the house - Check dampness under the house- this will mean ripping up our floor as the underneath is very shallow -Check roof and inbuilt guttering for leak- theres one interior wall that seems to be colder/damp thats just above where the rotten boards are Ideally you'd have the tech to check all of these things at once
