Water mains pipe

Gardener has nicked a pipe while removing a bush so it's constantly squirting water. Have duct taped it up so it's not as bad for now but anyone who can get onto it ASAP would be great. Also looking for someone who would allow me to pay it off in parts as it has come a an inconvenient time for bills :/
