Fixing two toilet leaks at the seams/joins

Two toilets in the house are leaking. The first has water slowly coming out around the base of the toilet. The second has a leak at the join of two pipes that were previously siliconed. This one leaks when getting flushed with the water slowly going down the toilet. I need the two leaks fixed.
