My toilet is starting to fill quite high in the toilet bowl after 'regular' flush with little or no toilet paper. It started today and I think it may be caused by either tree roots or the heavy rain. It is the original toilet installed in 1969. My budget is quite tight so I'm just looking for this to be fixed so we have a working loo!
