The hotwater is constantly overflowing while the temp is at 50 degrees. Can't see any issues other than the fact that the cylinder is rusty around the bottom. Need to have it looked at.

Easy to deal with, job done quickly and happy with work so all happy. Would still like a quite to replace the cylinder though. Cheers.
