We have two smaller hot water cylinders which today started to leak significant amounts of water. Would like to replace with another Rheem cylinder (but open to advice), perhaps a single slightly larger single cylinder if it would fit to save on costs. I feel like these cylinders have been damaged in the 2011 earthquake. Since around that time, we've been having brown hot water when the outlet pressure is high. I've reported hearing dripping sounds to the EQC but they didn't do anything and don't have this recorded on their file. EQC has indicated they may cover the repair cost if a report can be provided which clearly details how the damage is earthquake related.

This guys did an awesome job. It was an emergency since we had a major leak from the existing cylinders. They took care of everything and even fixed a few extra problems. The repair was covered by EQC.
