ESSENTIAL- toilet cistern leaking

Just got off a work call to the sound of a massive rushing of water and a very wet bathroom floor. Looks like the cistern was leaking (nothing going in through the toilet itself, not 100% certain where the water was coming from as I’ve turned off the tap on the wall) If someone could take a look and fix that would be hugely appreciated. I’ve mopped up the water on the floor but haven’t dried off the cistern/pipe yet
