Job description
The rear toilet is blocking up, my mate, a retired plumber checked it and said the old clay sewage pipe (18m) to the road is buggered and full of roots due to the bushes planted long ago along the fence line, not EQ damage. The pipe to the other toilet was replaced with PVC a few years ago when the bathroom was refurbished. He reckons the stormwater pipes (28m) will be buggered too. The land around the house is soft but probable littered with roots, leaves and the tenants dogshit but I will clean up this before the job starts.
